I started The Bookwork Co. because I saw how overwhelming bookkeeping can be for start-ups and small business owners. My goal has always been simple: a collaborative, personalised, efficient service that actually supports you — rather than adding more to your plate.

I’m also a registered BAS agent and service provider, and a member of the Tax Practitioners Board — so you can feel comfortable knowing your books are in capable, compliant hands.

Do I need a bookkeeper if I already have an accountant?
Yes, they do different jobs. Your accountant typically handles year-end tax and strategic advice. We handle the day-to-day: keeping your books accurate, reconciled, payroll running, and BAS lodged. When EOFY rolls around, your accountant gets clean books from us and you get a much smaller bill.
